NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

Caedmon College, Whitby

Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections

Act 2006 that North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, DL7 8AD, intends to make prescribed alterations to Caedmon College Whitby (community secondary school), Prospect Hill, Whitby, North Yorkshire, YO21 1LA, to add provision reserved for children with special educational needs in the form of targeted provision from 1 January 2023. This will support up to 8 full time pupils with communication and interaction needs.

Within four weeks from the date of publication of these proposals, any person may object to or make comments on the proposals by sending them to Strategic Planning - Children and Young People's Service, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, DL7 8AD, or by emailing schoolorganisation@northyorks.gov.uk by 5pm on 27 October 2022.
